In 2022 KNP Logistics Group opened a dedicated Amazon facility centrally positioned in Northamptonshire to efficiently feed the escalating volumes to UK Amazon DC’s.

Our dedicated Amazon teams understand the complex nature of servicing Amazon and manage the entire process with you. From BOL/ASN input into Amazon’s CARP system, monitoring your consignments through to delivery and issue reporting mitigating Amazon fines and reschedules as much as possible.

Compared to traditional pallet networks, the combination of the dedicated Amazon facility and our dedicated team has allowed us to speed up the entire delivery process into Amazon  – we plan and prebook orders up to 24 hrs before despatch from a vendor.

If you are an Amazon seller shipping single pallets or multiple pallets into Amazon, we consolidate smaller shipments at hub, prior to delivering to Amazon Fulfillment Centre. FTL’s for our larger Amazon customers are collected and delivered direct to Amazon FC’s.

Our Amazon carrier performance is critical to our operation and monitored every week – currently our Amazon defect score is 0% thanks to our hands on approach to monitoring and resolving issues prior to delivery.

We monitor our Amazon operation continually to identify trends, improve service levels, flex capacity and to drive safety and sustainability standards.
