Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)
We understand the importance of EDI at KNP and recognise that it is the key to a successful, innovative and sustainable workforce. Our EDI initiatives are designed to allow and encourage all employees to be the best and truest version of themselves at work. EDI at KNP not only focuses on the traditional areas of diversity such as Ability, Ethnic Origin, Gender, Religion and LGBTQ+ identity but also encompasses Neuro Diversity, Social and Economic Background and support for the Armed Forces.
We believe that an inclusive and diverse workforce drives engagement within the business and enables both the employee and the business to thrive.

- Inclusive recruitment practices targeting under-represented groups
- Hosting and promotion of minority interest groups at work
- Working with external organisations to attract and facilitate a diverse workforce
- Celebrate and recognise diversity of employees through company events and social medio
- Promote careers for ex forces and reservists
- Continuous EDI training and education across the workforce

Examples:
- Provision of company funded license acquisition through our own training company.
